When you are stressed, you think about certain things, and when you think too much, you have troubles falling asleep. Try to eliminate stress from your life, as much as you can because besides interfering with your sleep, it also causes different health problems.

If you want to sleep during the night, you should limit the amount of time you spend sleeping during the day.
Even if you feel the need to sleep during the day, try to stay awake, because by doing so, it is very likely that you will be able to sleep better during the night.
Another reason why you might not be able to sleep is because you do not do too much physical exercise during the day.
Try to be as active as possible during the day, because if you are tired when it’s time to go to sleep, you will be able to do it. By doing these small and simple changes your sleep will improve.
