You could create a stress list, and record the things, the places, and the times when you were stressed. By doing so, you could see a pattern, and identify the things which make you stressed. For example, you might be stressed because of the traffic, your neighbor, and so on. You could try to talk to someone about these things, and this could help you become more relaxed.

You could also do certain relaxation techniques which will relax you. One of the things you could do is to take deep breaths various times. Breathe in slowly, and breathe out slowly as well.

If you concentrate on the breathing, you might ignore the thing which stresses you. You could also try twisting your neck as far as it goes, very slowly. This could help you forget about things.

Another great way of becoming more relaxed is to do more physical exercises. By doing exercises you will be fit and as a result you will have less chances of becoming sick.

You should exercise at least 5 days per week, and an exercise session should last for at least 30 minutes. There are lots of exercises you could do in order to eliminate the stress. You could go for a walk, go for a run, play basketball, and so on.

You could go to the gym in order to lift some weights. There are lots of options you can choose from to deal with Stress.
