Choosing the Right Pillow for a Healthy Sleep

– Cushions that promote oxygenation – This pillow’s technology is based on studying the socks’ fabric which stimulates blood circulation in patients suffering from diabetes. These pillows use the same technology to increase oxygen content up to 29% in small blood vessels. Although we cannot say what the mechanism is, the doctors say that some of their patients reported partial pain reduction, after using these pillows.

– Anti-snoring cushions – There is limited research that has shown that a cushion with a special design can influence snoring. But according to other studies, plus views of patients, it seems that snoring can be stopped with these pillows.

– Positional Pillows – These pillows are designed for sleeping on your back, stomach or on a side. Experts say that these pillows can be helpful. If you want such a pillow, analyze and select a right size depending on the level of support and comfort suited to your body.
