Making solid homemade chocolate:
- 150 g of butter
- 250 g of milk powder
- 100 g cocoa
- 500 g of sugar
- 150 ml water

The pan must be kept in the fridge (at zero degrees Celsius) for at least 12 hours.
Mix thoroughly the butter, milk and cocoa until they form a smooth paste.
Boil a syrup made of sugar and water until it binds (as for jams). After it cools, pour the syrup over the paste.
Before filling the pan with the paste, grease it with butter. Keep the homemade chocolate in the fridge for at least 2 hours before cutting it into pieces.
In this way it can be obtained one kilogram of chocolate.
