Exercises for a Firm Toned Butt

Exercise 1

Stand with your knees and palms on floor – knees on the thighs level and palms under the shoulders.

Keeping upper body still, lift the leg with bent knee to the thigh.

Perform 15 kicks, then switch feet.


Exercise 2

Standing, with one hand stretched back and the other overhead.

Bend your knee, so that your right foot to be directed to your left shin.

Repeat 15 times for each leg.

Exercise 3

Hold this position for five seconds, then lower.

Repeat this exercise 15 times.











Exercise 5

Stay lying on your back, hands flat on the floor.

Raise the legs to thigh level, heels stick together, keeping legs bent.
Stretch your legs on the exterior, as much as you can, then come back to the starting position.

Repeat this exercise 15 times.
