The Danish Diet

This diet helped many of our readers loose weight in a very short time. I am sure you have heard about it. The secret to many weight loss cases is about to be revealed:

This is a simple danish diet very well received by those who wish to lose weight quickly and easily. It takes 13 days & we will feed every day with something else to make the whole process easier.

Danish Diet:

Day 1:
Morning: coffee + 1 sugar cube
Lunch: 2 hard boiled eggs + 400 grams of spinach + 1 tomato
Evening: 200 gr beef steak + lettuce + oil, lemon (steak)

Morning: coffee + 1 sugar cube
Lunch: 250 g ham + 1 natural yoghurt
Evening: 200 gr beef steak + lettuce + oil, lemon (steak)

Day 3:
Morning: coffee + 1 sugar cuber + 1 slice of toast
Lunch: 2 hard boiled eggs + 1 slice of ham + lettuce
Dinner: 1 boiled celery + 1 tomato + 1 fruit

Day 4:
Morning: coffee + 1 sugar cube + 1 slice of toast
Lunch: 200 ml fruit juice + 1 yogurt
Dinner: 1 hard boiled egg + 1 grated carrot + 250 gr of fruit

Day 5:
Morning: 1 large carrot + lemon
Lunch: 200 grams of boiled fish + lemon
Evening: 200 g roast beef + butter + celery race

Day 6:
Morning: coffee + 1 sugar cube + 1 slice of toast
Lunch: 2 hard boiled eggs + 1 grated carrot
Dinner: 1 / 2 chicken + salad with oil, lemon

Day 7:
Morning: Just tea
Lunch: Just water :)
Evening: 200 g lamb chops + Apple

Day 8:
Morning: coffee + 1 sugar cube
Lunch: 2 hard boiled eggs + 400 grams of spinach + 1 tomato
Evening: 200 gr beef steak + lettuce + oil, lemon (steak)

Day 9:
Morning: coffee + 1 sugar cube
Lunch: 250 g of ham + 1 natural yoghurt
Evening: 200 gr beef steak + lettuce + oil, lemon (steak)

Day 10:
Morning: coffee + 1 sugar cube + 1 slice of toast
Lunch: 2 hard boiled eggs + 1 slice of ham + lettuce
Dinner: 1 hard boiled egg + 1 tomato + 1 fruit

Day 11:
Morning: coffee + 1 sugar cube + 1 slice of toast
Lunch: 200 ml fruit juice + 1 yogurt
Dinner: 1 hard boiled egg + 1 grated carrot + 250 gr of fruit

Day 12:
Morning: 1 large grated carrot + lemon
Lunch: 200 grams of boiled fish + lemon
Evening: 200 g roast beef + butter + celery race

Day 13:
Morning: coffee + 1 sugar cube + 1 slice of toast
Lunch: 2 hard boiled eggs + grated carrot
Dinner: 1 / 2 chicken + green salad with oil, lemon

    I am unable to eat beef and ham due to religious reasons. Can you recommend any substitutes? Can I eat venison in place of steak. If so will it be as effective?

    is it true you have to leave at least six months if you want to do the diet again ??? I did it worked miracles …. but was tough !! especially the first three days.
