Max Planck Diet: Get rid of 9 kg in 2 weeks

We will talk today about the Max Planck diet. This one is somewhat more strict and was developed by German researchers from the “Max Planck” Institute of Nutrition.

Experts say that the regime relied heavily on beef, eggs, vegetables and fruits, must be held two weeks because your metabolism changes and helps keep your weight easier.

We also made some research and found out that some of those who took this diet managed to lose up to 9 kg in two weeks.

If you intend to keep this diet, is required to comply with all restrictions!

It is forbidden to drink any type of alcohol (beer, wine, whisky) must only use diet salt and drink at least two liters of fluid a day (tea with lemon / coffee without sugar / mineral water).

Still, once a week, you are allowed to eat your favorite food. Here is a the Max Planck diet for a week:

- the menu is the same, you just have to repeat it the next week. In all cases you may eat `as much salad, etc. as you want` at lunch and dinner

 

MONDAY

Morning: coffee (no sugar or milk)
Lunch: 2 boiled eggs and spinach (with a little salt) – as much as you want (no bread)
Dinner: grilled beef and a salad with celery – as much as you want (no bread)

TUESDAY
Morning: coffee (no sugar or milk)
Lunch: 1 grilled beef, lettuce and fruit – all you want (no bread)
Dinner: ham – all you want (no bread)

WEDNESDAY
Morning: coffee (no sugar or milk) 50 g bread
Lunch: 2 boiled eggs with lettuce and tomatoes – all you want (no bread)
Dinner: ham and salad – all you want (without bread)

THURSDAY

Morning: coffee (no sugar or milk) 50 g bread
Lunch: 1 egg + carrots cooked (or raw) + Schwitezer – all you want (no bread)
Dinner: fruit yogurt (homemade) – as much as you want (no bread)


FRIDAY
Morning: coffee (no sugar or milk) + shaved raw carrots with lemon and nothing else
Lunch: boiled fish + tomatoes – as you want (no bread)
Dinner: 1 grilled beef + green salad – as you want (without bread)

 

SATURDAY
Morning: coffee (no sugar or milk) + 50 g bread
Lunch: Grilled chicken – as much as you want (no bread)
Dinner: 2 boiled eggs, carrots – as many as you like (without bread)

 

SUNDAY

Morning: tea with lemon and nothing else
Lunch: 1 grilled beef + fruits – (no bread)
Dinner: anything you want, as much as you want (favorite food)

- REPEAT THIS MENU FOR ONE MORE WEEK
