Nothing! The Lemonade Diet does not include any type of solid foods or supplements, all people have to take is the Master Cleanse elixir. The plan allows you to drink about 6 glasses or even more each day.
This lemonade drink also has another option, the salt water flush, which combines 2 teaspoons of salt mixed with a quart of water, which has to be drunk in the morning.
The Lemonade or the Master Cleanse elixir is easy to make and you can obtain it by combining 2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice, 2 tablespoon of organic maple syrup (make sure it is grad-B organic), 1/10 teaspoon of cayenne pepper and about 10 ounces of filtered water.
This recipe is only for one drink. With the Lemon Diet you will have to drink at least 6 such things during one day.
