- First day. For breakfast, people will have to eat a piece of toast with 1 tablespoon of peanut butter, half a grapefruit or juice coming from half a grapefruit and coffee or tea, sweetened with 1 or 2 packets of Sweet & Low. For lunch, half a cup of tuna, 1 piece of toast and a cup of coffee or tea, sweetened would do. For dinner, you will have to eat a cup of green beans, one cup of carrots with 3 ounces of any type of lean meat or chicken, a cup of vanilla ice cream and an apple.
- Second Day. For breakfast, a cup of coffee or tea, sweetened with 2 pockets of Sweet & Low, an egg and a piece of toast and half a banana. For lunch, a cup of cottage cheese or tuna and 8 regular saltine crackers will do. For dinner, you will have to eat 2 beef franks, half a cup of carrots, one cup of broccoli, half a banana and half a cup of regular vanilla ice cream.
- Third Day. For breakfast, a cup of coffee or tea, 1 ounce of cheddar cheese, 5 saltine crackers and an apple. For lunch, a cup of coffee or tea, a piece of toast and a boiled egg. For dinner, a cup of tuna, a cup of carrots, a cup of cauliflower and one of melon and half a cup of regular vanilla ice cream.
