Extra pounds? Daily nightmares for many women in the modern society. But although most of them concern only aesthetically, it was shown that being overweight is the basis of many diseases of modern man.

Here are a model for one day low-calorie diet: (about 1000 calories, 75g protein, 100g carbohydrates, 35g fat):

Breakfast: 200ml milk
10 am: a bun (50g) or a slice of bread with cheese or cooked lean meat (50g)
12 am: a black coffee with saccharin
Lunch: 1) soup-salad of raw vegetables: 200g of cabbage or radishes, endive, lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes, green pepper, a teaspoon process with lemon, vinegar. Salad may be substituted with 1-2 plates of the same vegetable soup or vegetable in the same quantities as salads, but you can add spinach, zucchini, cauliflower.
2) 100g lean meats like beef, chicken, veal, roasted, boiled or cooked over low or 150g boiled, baked or 150g cow cheese.
3) an apple (100g)
Dinner: 1) soup – 150g or 200g boiled potatoes zucchini / green beans with 2 tablespoons of yogurt.
2) 100g cooked lean meat or 150g lean fish
3) an apple (100g).

And as you know very well that one flower does not make spring, we will propose and a weekly regime:
Monday: 600 calories
Tuesday: 1000 calories
Wednesday: only vegetables and fruits
Thursday: 1000 calories
Friday only vegetables and fruits
Saturday: 600 calories
Sunday: 1000 calories

For days with 1000 calories follow the one day low-calorie diet described above. For days with 600 calories: 1,5 l milk or 2 packages of lean cow cream cheese or two pieces of lean meat (150g) or combinations.

Cardiovascular diseases, diabetes mellitus insulin independent kidney lithiasis, are the most frequent complications associated with obesity. But probably few of us know that certain forms of cancer, uterine, breast, bladder, colon and rectum are more common in obese patients.

In conclusion, overweight – a caprice? Perhaps those who never have experienced it. And, why not admit it – beyond medical problems, the few extra pounds bring eternal frustration about the aesthetics problem, the dream clothes that not fit your very well, freedom of movement that is always restricted for you.

But all this is, after all, just as many reasons to take firm decision to lose weight.
